Government projects and tenders

For companies that want to work with public buyers in Mexico: the federal government, the states or state-owned companies. The result is a shortlist of tenders worth bidding for and a bid assembled against every requirement in the tender documents.

When you need it

  1. I want to bid in a CompraNet tender

We find suitable procedures, work through the tender documents and check that you meet the requirements before you spend time on a bid.

  2. I'm considering a PPP with the federal or a state government

We take apart the Asociación Público-Privada (APP) scheme: risk allocation, payment mechanism, guarantees and consortium requirements.

  3. I want to supply CFE or Pemex

We take you through supplier registration and qualification and explain how state-owned companies buy and which certifications they require.

What we do

Tender monitoring and selection

We track notices from federal agencies, states and state-owned companies that match your profile. We shortlist procedures whose requirements the company meets.

Eligibility review

We check the company's track record, financials, certifications and documents against the bases de licitación. We show what is missing and whether it can be closed in time.

Supplier registry enrolment

We register the company in federal, state and state-owned company supplier registries. We obtain the SAT opinión de cumplimiento and other required certificates.

Technical and economic proposal

We prepare the propuesta técnica and propuesta económica in the tender's formats. We check the calculations and compliance with every requirement.

Submission and procedure

We submit the bid, raise questions at the junta de aclaraciones and track deadlines. We represent the company at the bid opening and the award (fallo).

Contract and performance

Before signing we review the contract terms, guarantees and penalties. We support performance: acceptance, invoicing, amendments and disputes with the buyer.

What you receive

  • A register of suitable tenders with an assessment of your chances and deadlines.
  • A complete bid: technical and economic proposals and bidder documents.
  • A contract risk assessment: guarantees, penalties, payment terms.
  • Representation of the company at every stage of the procedure.
