About Synclit
Synclit is a team of advisers on investment and government projects in Mexico.
Who we are
The Synclit team brings together lawyers, economists and managers who have run projects in the Mexican market - from company formation and tax structure to public tenders and asset transactions.
Our approach is rigour. We verify rather than assume: documents, registries and counterparties are checked against primary sources. We run the numbers before the decision, not after: the financial model and risk assessment are ready before the client makes any commitment.
Each project has one responsible adviser. The adviser leads the work from the initial consultation to the result, reports at the close of every stage and works with the client in Russian, English or Spanish.
How an engagement works

Initial consultation
We examine the objective and its constraints - budget, timing, structural requirements - and assess how realistic the goal is in the Mexican market.

Analysis and proposal
We study the matter and prepare a proposal setting out scope, timing and fees. Work begins once the proposal is agreed.

Execution
We run the project in the stages set out in the proposal. At the close of each stage the client receives a report on results and next steps.

Result and ongoing support
We deliver the result - documents, registrations, opinions. After the project closes we remain available for questions that arise in operation.

We calculate in advance
Before any decision we build the financial model, set out the risks and compare scenarios. The client sees a calculation, not a promise.
We own the process
We manage timelines, handle communication with counterparties and authorities, and represent the client's interests at every stage.
