Land for sale in Mexico

Buying land is a direct way into the Mexican market: residential plots near the coast, commercial and industrial sites along the nearshoring corridors, and agricultural land. Every plot lists its area, land use, tenure and utilities.

Before buying, check the land's legal status. Private property (propiedad privada) is transferred before a notary; ejido land belongs to a community, and a foreign buyer can acquire it only after it is converted to full ownership (dominio pleno). In the coastal and border zones foreigners acquire land through a bank trust (fideicomiso). Synclit verifies title, encumbrances and timelines before the deal.
